Set Design
Challenge:
Design and construct a GE Profile built-in kitchen that utilizes highly traditional design language with a slight contemporary twist to coordinate with the contemporary GE products.
Answer:
As the basis for the kitchen style, we designed a “mahogany library.” We infused this concept with a poppy pattern inspired by nature with the use of fabrication techniques such as sandblasting and etching. The kitchen also featured leaded windows.
